Shipping

Gloves by Bruno are shipped in our gift box within 24 hours of receipt of order. We ship UPS for orders within the US.

Shipping and Handling fees do not include Duty & Taxes charged by individual countries. Gloves by Bruno is not responsible for any foreign duty charges. Please be advised that you are required to pay these charges upon accepting shipment.

If your package is refused or your package is returned due to an invalid address we will refund your total cost less the actual cost of shipping, whichever is greater.

Bruno's Guarantee

If the gloves do not fit or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return gloves within 15 days of the invoice date and we will exchange or refund. Please contact us at bruno@glovesbybruno.com beforehand so that we may issue a Return Authorization (RA) # so your transaction goes smoothly. Please print the RA # on the outside of the box when returning. No returns will be accepted without the RA #. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.

Once we receive your gloves, we will send you the right size pair of the same style with no additional shipping charges, or give you full refund, excluding original shipping charges.

Used or damaged gloves are NOT returnable or refundable.
